Returns and Exchanges

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are processed for shipping. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns and refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for defective products.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days, not including 1-5 day processing), you can request a refund or a re-shipment.*

If you receive the wrong item, you can request a refund or a re-shipment.

If you do not want the product you have received, you may request a refund within 14 days of receipt, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused, un-assembled, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept any goods that have been worn, used, have their labels removed, altered or damaged. We can only accept items returned if they are within their original product packaging and are in re-saleable condition as determined by IC Kitty. That means no make-up, milk stains, deodorant marks, or any other mark it did not have when it left our warehouse. That also means no smoke smells, etc.

All returns will be thoroughly inspected before exchanges or refunds are issued. This policy is in place in order to keep costs down for all customers.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we pre-authorize you to do so and you have received an RMA number from us.

We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable delivery methods. Understandably, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.

There will be a 20% restocking fee. Items will be refunded back to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the return in conditions specified herein.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • The item has been used
  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of IC Kitty (delayed by a natural disaster, etc.)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of IC Kitty

*You must submit refund requests (due to non-receipt) within 15 days after the guaranteed period of delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do this by sending a message on our Contact Us  page.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product (if unused), for example for a different size, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

The fastest way to get replacement products into your hands is for you to order the replacement as a new order and we will refund you for the original purchase once we have received it, inspected the item(s) and determined it meets the conditions of our return policy.

Free Promotional Items

Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item.

Technical faults

IC Kitty reserves the right to refuse an order due to technical problems occurring in pricing, inventory, or any other technical issue. The customer will have the choice to pay the balance owing the receive the item(s) or to cancel the order.
